Agreement for Services

These Terms of Service govern the relationship and provision of services between Run It Right Web Solutions LLC ("Agency") and you ("Client").

1. Scope of Services & Timelines

The specific services, deliverables, and estimated project timelines will be detailed in a formal Statement of Work (SOW). While we strive to meet all timelines, they are good-faith estimates and subject to change based on project complexity and client feedback cycles.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees and schedules, will be specified in the SOW. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Run It Right Web Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. All payments for services rendered are final and non-refundable.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely access to necessary personnel, digital assets, and information required for the Agency to perform its services. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials provided.

4. Legal Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Run It Right Web Solutions LLC provides services using professional skill and care but does not guarantee specific business outcomes or results (e.g., search engine rankings, revenue). The marketing landscape is subject to change beyond our control. The Agency's liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the three months preceding any claim.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
